阐述了米糠油脱蜡的必要性,介绍了脱胶、脱色和物理脱酸后三种常用的冷冻脱蜡工艺,分析对比了各自的优缺点和适用场合。
The necessity of dewaxing rice bran oil was described.Three commonly used techniques of freeze dewaxing,dewaxing after degumming,after bleaching and after physical deacidification,were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages and the applicable occasions were analyzed.
