摘要 对近些年来中国境内饼干行业的发展作一关注,通过品牌培育、产品细分、行业标准等的有序健康发展,国内的饼干市场无论是在包装规格、品牌消费,还是在口味品质、功能特性等方面都已经呈现出了多元化的产品特点,并逐渐形成了现阶段所特有的行业发展特点。利用跨界思维整合和借鉴焙烤类、休闲类特色产品的风味特点,饼干行业的产品创新逐渐呈现出向主食、休闲、点心方向发展,为行业的健康有序发展提供了有益的尝试和探索。 Emphasis was given to the development of Biscuit industry in recent years in china.The packing specification,brand consumption,the taste quality and functional features etc.has been presented a diversity product characteristic in domestic biscuit market after orderly and healthy development in the aspect of brand cultivate,product segmentation and industry standards,and gradually evolved into the current development situation.Using the thinking of cross-border intergration and learning from the flavor characteristics of baked goods and leisure products,the product innovation of biscuit industry has gradually orientated to the staple food,leisure food,snacks,which will be helpful for the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
