摘要
阐述了Ni-P纳米复合化学镀层的性能及影响因素。介绍了纳米粒子对复合镀镍层硬度、耐磨性能、耐蚀性能及抗高温氧化性能等的影响。分析了纳米复合化学镀目前存在的问题,并展望了今后的研究方向。
The properties of the electroless Ni-P matrix nanocomposite coatings and factors influencing the properties were briefed. The effect of nanoparticles on the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of the composite coatings was highlighted. Moreover, current problems concerning electroless plating of Ni-P matrix composite coatings doped with nanoparticles were analyzed, and suggestions were made with respect to the development trend.
