摘要
汽轮机转子振动实验系统包括模拟转子部分和测试、分析部分,是进行动平衡试验和振动测试分析的一个完整的工作平台。利用影响系数法完成了初始启动动平衡。在大量实验的基础上,探索转子动平衡首次试重对平衡的影响。实验表明,最佳的首次试重可提高动平衡精度,有助于减少启动次数,提高动平衡效率。
Vibration experiment systems of steam turbine rotor include analog rotor and testing, analyzing component, which are an integrated working stage that can make dynamic balancing test and vibration test analyzing.Influential coefficients method is used to finish initial start-up dynamic balancing.On the basis of many experiments, the effect of first weighting in dynamic balancing of rotor on balance is explored.It is proved that the best first weighting can improve the precision of dynamic balancing, and help to decrease the times of start-up of machines and enhance the dynamic balancing efficiency.
