摘要
传统的齿轮加工机床无法完成面齿轮的加工,因而利用三维模型,对模数为3 mm、齿数为89的直齿面齿轮的齿形进行研究,对其采用成形法在数控铣床上加工进行了可行性分析。面对CA6140加工出的面齿轮毛坯设计了加工工艺,利用MasterCAM 9.1软件编制了齿形粗、精加工的数控铣削程序,最终在CNC-JTGK600数控雕铣机完成了该齿轮的加工。对成品的测量表明,使用数控铣削的方法可以满足面齿轮加工精度的要求。
Traditional machine tool for gear can't produce face gear. We made three-dimensional model and analyzed the tooth shape of straight tooth face gear, whose modulus is 3 mm and tooth number is 89. We put forward shaping method on NC milling for the gear and made feasibility analysis of it. We produce the blank of face gear on CA6140. We compiled the craft and developed the NC program on MasterCAM 9.1. The straight tooth face gear is produced on CNC - JTGK600. The measure data of the finished product indicated that NC milling method suffice precision request of face gear.
