摘要
左房主要有3个功能:即储存器功能、管道功能和助力泵功能。研究发现左房容积和功能在预测心房颤动、心力衰竭、脑卒中及猝死的发生方面有着非常重要的作用。因此,准确、有效地评价左房功能不仅能反映患者的预后,同时对治疗方案的选择有较大的指导意义。
The left atrium serves as a reservoir,a conduit,and a booster pump for blood returning from the lungs to the heart.Left atrial function is important for optimal filling of the left ventricle.This review summarizes the various methods for evaluating left atrial function by echocardiography,the normal function in healthy subjects,and the major clinical cardiac diseases,such as coronary heart disease,hypertension and atrial fibrillation.
