摘要 肺动脉高压是一组以肺血管阻力进行性增加,最终导致右心增大,右室壁肥厚、右心功能衰竭而死亡的疾病。由于其早期症状和体征的非特异性,肺动脉高压常在晚期阶段才被临床诊断。超声心动图由于其无创、安全、简便易行、重复性高等优点,是诊断肺动脉高压的主要筛查工具。现就不同的超声心动图方法在肺动脉高压评估中的作用做一综述。 Pulmonary hypertension is defined as a group of diseases characterised by a progressive increase in pulmonary vascular load,leading to marked enlarged right-side chambers,right ventricular hypertrophy,right ventricular failure and premature death.Given the nonspecific nature of its early symptoms and signs,pulmonary arterial hypertension is often diagnosed in its advanced stages.Echocardiography is a key screening tool in the diagnostic algorithm,because of in comparison with invasive measurements,it has the advantages of being safe,portable,and repeatable.This paper reviewed different echocardiographic techniques in assessment of pulmonary hepertension.
