文章首先分析了丰田的混合动力轿车专利状态及市场地位,混合动力汽车销量与其专利申请数量的关系,然后分析本田、日产、通用、欧洲汽车公司及中国汽车公司的混合动力汽车专利申请数量,研究了汽车公司采取的混合动力汽车专利战略及其实际案例。最后建议在企业的新能源汽车项目中,要充分研究国内外新能源汽车的专利地图,设计自主知识产权的新能源汽车的技术方案,从而避免产品上市后,遭遇竞争对手的专利起诉问题。
The paper firstly analyzes the patent status and market position of hybrid car of Toyota Motor Corporation. Also gives out the relationship between the sale and number of patent for Toyota hybrid cars, then analyzes the patent number of Honda, Nissan, GM, European automotive company and Chinese automotive company. The paper also studies the patent strategy of hybrid vehicles and their detail cases. Finally the suggestions are given that in the new energy vehicles project, the auto maker must study the patent map of both domestic and overseas new energy vehicles carefully, design the technical solution with the independence intellectual property so that the matter of patent sued can be avoided after the products go to market.
