Simulation of Drive System of Hybrid Electric Vehicle

摘要 混合动力汽车由于具有良好的燃油经济性和排放性以及续驶里程长等优点越来越受到人们的欢迎,是当今汽车工业的发展趋势。文章介绍了混合动力车的前向仿真方法和后向仿真方法,分析了仿真软件ADVISOR的混合仿真方法和工作原理。通过本田Insight混合动力车的仿真实例,建立了发动机、电动机、蓄电池及发电机等各部件模型、汽车动力学模型及整车的仿真模型,并基于标准道路行驶循环工况分析了整车的动力性、燃油经济性以及排放性能,表明所建立的模型合理准确,能够进行系统的优化设计。 In today's automotive industry, HEV is getting more popular because of its good fuel economy, lower emission and longer driving range. This paper firstly introduces the backward-facing approach and forward-facing approach and analyzes their simulation methods and principles of the simulation software ADVISOR. By taking the Honda Insight hybrid electric vehicle as an example, this paper establishes the models of engine, motor, batteries, generators as well as vehicle dynamics models and the whole vehicle's simulation model. The dynamics, the fuel economy and exhaust emission performance of the whole vehicle are analyzed based on standard on-highway cycle. It indicates that the models are reasonable and correct and the system's optimized design is compatible.
