摘要
采用对汽车后桥直焊缝CO2气体保护焊焊接生产线进行控制,以达到提高系统工作的稳定性和对焊接工艺的适应性以及提高生产效率的目的。在设计了汽车车桥气体保护焊焊接生产线硬件组成的基础上编写合适的控制软件,使PLC控制系统能够稳定、正常工作。使控制系统能够稳定、正常工作。
The article adopts PLC to control the string bead of the rear axle of car by the carbon-dioxide are welding.It can be improved the stabization of the welding system and the adaptability to the welding procedure and then improve the efficiency.The article is based on tdesigning the hardware compositions of carbon-dioxide are welding of the rear axle of car the proper software which is made by allocating the input and output signal and i/o address makes the plc control system work with stability and normal.
