湿法脱硫废水处理系统特点及其程序设计对策

Features of wastewater treatment with wet FGD and the corresponding PLC software design

火电厂湿法脱硫废水处理系统由于其废水的主要特征不同和作为脱硫岛这一全厂最大辅助系统的子系统地位,具有不同于一般火电厂废水处理系统的工艺特点和控制要求,本文通过云南滇东电厂4×600MW机组脱硫废水处理系统介绍了这些特点和要求,以及采取的相应程序设计对策。

The system of wastewater treatment with wet FGD in thermal power plants differ from other wastewater treatments in normal thermal power plants in terms of technical procedures and requirements for control,because of the different main features of its wastewater and its status as the subsystem of FGD,which is the largest auxiliary system in this plant.In order to comprehensively reveal these features and requirements and demonstrate the corresponding strategies to software design,this paper describes the system of wastewater treatment with wet FGD（4 ×600MW） in Dian Dong Power Plant,Yunan in full details.
