变形对三角形脊波导特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对脊波导器件在使用中会产生不同程度的变形,采用有限元方法研究错位和受力变形对三角形脊波导传输特性的影响,计算了不同程度变形时的截止波长和单模带宽并绘制了相应的关系曲线,给出了几种变形时的场结构图,为脊波导的实际应用提供参考。数值分析结果表明错位变形使脊波导截止波长变长,单模带宽增大程度小于1%,对于脊波导传输特性影响较大的是两侧受力变形,当变形达到10%时,其特性变化超过10%以上,在使用中应引起重视。 In accordance with the distortion of ridge waveguide apparatus in use,adopt the finite element method to research the influence of transmission characteristic of displacement distortion and distortion under stress to conversed triangle-ridge waveguide,and then supply reference for ridge waveguide in practical application.Numerical results indicate that displacement distortion makes the cutoff wavelength of ridge waveguide increase,but the extent of single-mode bandwidth increased is less than 1%.For transmission characteristic of ridge waveguide,it has bigger influence and should be respected in use that distortion of ridge waveguide under stress in two sides,while deformation attains 10%,its characteristics change more than 10%.
