摘要
"思想道德修养与法律基础"课实践教学过程与目标在于人生命价值的创造和完善,其整个过程是一种人格与精神的升华。因此,其不仅是传统意义上的科学理论的应用,更重要的是思想道德和法制观的塑造。教育者首先应起到人生导师的作用,建构好实践教学的模式,以引导学生在实践中使正确的立场、观点逐渐内化成意识,并指导人生实践。文章以此为出发点,分析了"思想道德修养与法律基础"课实践教学的现实状况,对提高实践教学效能进行了探索。
The procedure and aim of the course of ＇the morality cultivation and basic law＇ is to improve the life value and raise the spirit.Therefore,it＇s not only the application of the scientific theory in its traditional sense,but also the shape of morality and view of law.The teachers should be a good guider on guiding the students＇ self-consiousness.Based on the above argument,the authers put forward some food for thought on improving the course teaching methods and doing some adjustment on the teaching contents.
