政府在建设闽台文化产业园中的责任定位

The Government＇ s Duty and Location in the Construction of Cultural Industry Grounds of Fujian-Taiwan

先进国家和地区的文化产业,已经从传统文化产业升级到创意产业。我国台湾地区文化产业已进入创意产业阶段,但也面临岛内市场小、重复建设、资源浪费等方面的困境,需要向外转移。福建文化产业更多的是处在传统文化产业阶段,也需要借鉴台湾的技术和经验。政府在闽台文化产业园形成发展中的责任,主要体现为文化资源保护、园区规划、环境建设、政策支持、资金支持、市场培育六个方面。

The cultural industry of the advanced country has promoted from the traditional cultural industry to the inventive one. The cultural industry of our country＇ s Taiwan region has advanced into the inventive stage, but still faces many difficulties such as narrow market, repeat construction, resources waste, thus wants to outward shift. The cultural industry of Fujian province is still more in the state of traditional stage and wants to borrow the experience and technology from Taiwan in this respect. The government＇ s duty in the formation and development of the eutural industry grounds of Fujian-Taiwan mainly embodies in：cultural resources protection;grounds plan;environment construction ; policy support ; capital sopport ; market cuhivativation.
