摘要
报道了生物医学扫描样品制备中几种干燥方法的比较研究结果。证明莰烯低真空干燥法、叔丁醇低真空干燥法可作为动、植物扫描样品制备中推广使用的干燥方法，乙腈低真空干燥法只适用于植物扫描样品的干燥。
Four drying methods of scanning specimen preparing for biology and medicine was compared and examined.The results demonstrate that camphene and tert butyl alcohol low vacumm drying methods can be used for preparing scanning specimen of animals and plants.But acetonitrile low vacumm drying method can be used for preparing scanning specimen of plants only.
