摘要
目的:探讨SHH和Wnt信号及其下游信号分子Gli-1和Axin2在人子宫内膜癌中的表达及相关性,分析其在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测正常人子宫内膜、内膜增生和子宫内膜癌37例中SHH和Wnt信号的表达,采用RT-PCR方法检测上述组织中Gli-1和Axin2的表达情况。结果:内膜增生组和癌组SHH和Wnt的表达均强于正常组(P<0.05)。Gli-1的表达在正常组和子宫内膜增生组类似,在癌中表达较低;Axin2的表达在3组中类似都较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SHH和Wnt的表达均与子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关,Gli-1主要参与子宫内膜癌进展变化。
Objective:The present study was undertaken to examine the expression and functional involvement of the SHH and Wnt pathway in endometrial tissues.Method:The expression of SHH and Wnt was examined in normal endometrial tissues,hyperplasia and carcinomatous endometrium with Immunohistochemistry.Axin2 and Gli-1 as effective factors of Wnt and SHH signaling on the en-dometrial carcinoma were also examined by RT-PCR.Results:The expression of SHH and Wnt was weak in normal endometrium,but increased in endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma stepwisely with significant differences.The expression of Gli-1 mRNAs was similar in normal endometrial tissues and the proliferative phase,with a weak expression in endometrial carcinomas.The expression of Axin2 mRNAs was similar by weak in the three groups,with no significant differences.Conclusions:The abnormal activation of SHH and Wnt pathway is involved in the endometrial carcinoma possibly,and Gli-1 mainly takes part in the evolvement of the endometrial carcinoma.
