应用甜菜品质分析仪测定甜菜块根中钠含量

Determination of Na Content in Sugarbeet Root Using Quality Automation Analyser

应用甜菜品质分析仪测定了甜菜块根中钠的含量,添加回收率实验测得回收率在97.67%～98.67%之间,表明该方法具有较高的准确性。精密度试验结果表明:极差值在0.04%～0.06%之间,小于一般化学分析中含量范围0.1%～10%,标准偏差在0.015%～0.041%范围内,表明本方法的精密度较好,满足一般分析方法的要求。甜菜品质分析仪测量准确、误差小,速度快且精度高。

Sodium contents of sugarbeet root were determined by using Beet Quality Automation Analyzer.The results showed that the recovery rate was within 97.67%-98.67%,the range value of Na content was 0.04%-0.06%（less than generalization content of chemistry analysis 0.1%-10%） and the standard error was about 0.015%-0.041%.The results indicated that accuracy of the method of Beet Quality Automation Analyzer was comparatively high.The method was high accurate,fast and small error.
