树突状细胞在哮喘中的作用及吸烟对其影响的研究进展

Research Progress on the Role of Dendritic Cells in Asthma and Interferential Effects of Smoking

树突状细胞(DCs)是功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,在哮喘的发病机制中起着非常重要的作用。香烟烟雾可以调节DCs的免疫功能,进而影响哮喘的病理、生理过程。现综述DCs在哮喘中的作用及吸烟对其影响,深入研究吸烟对哮喘DCs功能的影响,必将为哮喘患者的防治提供新的方向和思路。

Dendritic cells（ DCs） are primary antigen-presenting cells and play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. Cigarette smoking may induce the aberrance in immune function of DCs, which has extensive impact on asthma. In this paper,the function of DCs and the effects smoking on DCs for asthma in recent years are summarized. In future,the effects of smoking on the role of dendritic cells in asthma will be further characterized,which provide a basis for the development of new treatments for asthma.
