逆转膀胱肿瘤多药耐药的研究进展

Progress of Research on Reversion of Bladder Carcinoma MDR

化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤最重要的手段之一,然而,肿瘤细胞耐药问题是导致化疗失败最常见的因素,也是影响临床疗效的关键性因素。因此,如何克服膀胱癌患者在化疗过程中出现的多药耐药,增强化疗效果,减少膀胱癌复发,提高患者生活质量,延长患者的生存期,一直是临床上亟需解决的问题。在此就逆转膀胱肿瘤多药耐药相关策略的研究进展进行综述。

Chemotherapy is one of the most important modalities for treating malignant tumors. However, the problem of drug resistance is the most common cause for chemotherapy failure,and it is also the key factor affecting the clinical efficacy. Therefore,how to overcome multi-drug resistant（ MDR） arising in the process of chemotherapy in patients with bladder cancer,enhance the effect of chemotherapy,reduce the recurrence of bladder cancer,improve the quality of life,and prolong the survival of patients have been urgent issues in clinical practice. In this review,we focus on the recent advances in the studies of reversal strategies of bladder carcinoma MDR.
