摘要
幽门螺杆菌(HP)致病机制非常复杂,免疫损伤是主要原因。HP的快速检测方法(如无创的13C-尿素呼气试验、粪便特异性抗原试验及尿特异性抗体检测等)可为临床提供快速、准确的诊断。三联及四联疗法仍然是主要的根治方案,新的、敏感的抗生素的使用,以及新的序贯疗法的应用,可以延缓耐药菌株的出现,提高疗效。HP疫苗的推广使用,可以阻断HP感染的传播,减少其相关疾病的发生。
The pathogenic mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori infection is very complicated,whereas the immune injury is considered as the main cause. The rapid detection methods of Helicobacter pylori such as 13C-UBT,Helicobacter pylori stool antigen test and urine antibody test,can provide the fast and accurate diagnosis for clinicians. The triple and quadruple regimens remain as the main curative treatment. New and sensitive antibiotics and sequential therapy can delay the emergence of resistant strains,with an improved efficacy. Promoting the use of Helicobacter pylori vaccine can interrupt the spread of infection and reduce the incidence of related diseases
