摘要
胫骨平台骨折的治疗对骨科医师仍具有挑战性,尤其是高能量损伤所致骨折术后功能常不满意。但随着近年来诊断技术的发展,对骨折钢板固定生物力学更深入的了解,保护软组织的微创技术及锁定钢板的应用大大增加了胫骨平台骨折术后功能的优良率。虽然医师尽最大努力,但胫骨平台骨折的疗效仍不理想,术后功能与损伤的严重程度及患者的个体差异有密切的关系。
Treatment for tibial plateau fractures still had challenge to orthopaedic surgeons,especially fractures caused by high energy trauma was dissatisfied with postoperative functional. But with the recent development of diagnostic techniques,better understanding to biomechanics of fracture fixation plate,the protection of soft tissue with minimally invasive techniques and the application of locking plates significantly increased the excellent rate of postoperative tibial plateau fracture. Although the doctors strived,the tibial plateau fracture was still not satisfactory,the postoperative function was closely related to the severity of injury and the individual differences of patients.
