内脂素与糖尿病、冠心病及其危险因素研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 内脂素是近年来新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,广泛存在于人和小鼠的内脏脂肪组织中,其cDNA与前B细胞克隆增强因子相同。内脂素与腹型肥胖密切相关,并具有调节糖、脂代谢、参与炎性应答等多种作用,在动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定中也起着重要的作用。内脂素与冠心病、2型糖尿病的关系现已成为研究热点。内脂素与糖尿病、冠心病及其危险因素之间相关性的进一步研究可能为研究及治疗糖尿病、冠心病及相关性疾病提供新的思路和方法。 Visfatin is a newly discovered adipocytic factor in recent years,widely found in human and mouse visceral adipose tissue. Visfatin and pre-B cell enhancement factor share the same cDNA. The studies showed that visfatin and abdominal obesity were closely related,whereby visfatin could regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and participate in inflammatory response and other effects. Visfatin also played an important role in the atherosclerotic plaque instability. Nowadays,the researches on the relationship of visfatin with CHD and T2DM have become a research focus. Further researches on visfatin and diabetes,coronary heart disease and its risk factors may be contribute to the research and treatment of diabetes,coronary heart disease and related disorders,as a source of new ideas and methods.
