摘要 颅内动脉瘤是神经科的常见多发病,是引起蛛网膜下腔出血的最常见原因,动脉瘤一旦破裂,其致死率、致残率很高。因此,早期作出正确诊断并给予及时治疗对于降低病死率及改善患者预后具有重要的临床意义。CT血管造影、磁共振血管造影、数字减影血管造影在颅内动脉瘤的诊断中各具优势和不足,应结合患者病情和临床实际合理选用各项检查。 Intracranial aneurysm is the most common neurological disease and the major cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. In the case of ruptured aneurysm,a high mortality and disability rate is expected. Therefore,the correct early diagnose and prompt treatment have the significant clinical values for decreasing the mortality and improve the prognosis of patients. There are both advantages and disadvantages on the diagnostic tests,such as computed tomography angiography,magnetic resonance angiography,and digital subtraction angiography. It can be used reasonably both in the consideration of disease profile and in view of clinical needs.
