摘要
自身免疫甲状腺炎为较常见的一种自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,发病率高,起病隐匿,多见于女性,各年龄均可发病,早期容易被忽视。高频超声检查对自身免疫性甲状腺疾病具有较高的敏感性和特异性,并能初步判断甲状腺功能,目前已成为临床诊断甲状腺疾病的一种不可缺少的检查手段。
Autoimmune thyroiditis is a common autoimmune thyroid diseases,which has a high incidence and is asymptomatic at first. People of all ages can suffer from this disease,especially women. However,it is easy to be neglected at first. High frequency ultrasonography has a higher sensitivity and specificity for the detection of autoimmune thyroid diseases,and can preliminarily evaluate the thyroid function. At present,it has become an indispensable means of examination in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
