摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤,早期诊断对其治疗与预后非常重要。磁共振成像在乳腺癌的早期诊断中发挥着越来越重要的作用。主要技术有:动态增强扫描、扩散加权成像、T2*W灌注成像、磁共振波谱分析及磁共振引导下穿刺活检术。现对这些乳腺磁共振检查技术、磁共振乳腺影像报告和数据系统的应用与进展及乳腺磁共振检查优缺点进行概述。 Breast carcinoma is the common malignant tumor in women. Detection in the early stage is therefore critical to breast carcinoma management and prognosi. Magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) is playing more and more important role in the early diagnosis of breast carcinoma. It main includes dynamic enhanced MRI,diffusion weighted imaging,perfusion imaging of T2 * W,magnetic resonance spectroscopy as well as MRI-guide needle biopsy. This review describes the applications of these techniques and breast imaging reporting and data system-MRI,as well as advantage and disadvantage of MRI in diagnosis breast carcinoma.
