摘要
目的观察新生兔胎粪吸入后的生理参数的变化。方法将24只新生兔随机分为空白组、25mg/mL胎粪吸入组、45mg/mL胎粪吸入组、65mg/mL胎粪吸入组。胎粪吸入组气管导管内分别注入4mL/kg的25、45、65mg/mL的胎粪混合物。整个实验过程用Stephanie呼吸机监测四组10min内的心率、肺动态顺应性(Cydn)、呼吸频率、潮气量的变化。结果四组之间心率、Cydn、呼吸频率、潮气量值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000),其中心率、呼吸频率、潮气量值在四组中两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000),但Cydn值25mg/mL组和45mg/mL组相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.138);45mg/mL组和65mg/mL组相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.303);但空白组最高,65mg/mL组最低。结论胎粪吸入可引起Cydn和潮气量下降,呼吸频率和心率加快。
Objective: To observe the changes of physiological parameters in newborn rabbits after meconium aspiration. Methods Twenty four newborn rabbits were divided randomly into control group, 25 mg/mL concentration group,45 mg/mL concentration group,65 mg/mL concentration group. Meconium solutions were injected into the endotracheal tube by 4 ml/kg in the three groups while control group injected equivalent saline. Heart rate( HR) ,lung dynamic compliance( Cydn) ,respiratory rate( RR) and tidal volume( VT) were monitored by the Stephanie ventilator during the experiment. Results The differences of HR( F = 51. 687,P = 0. 000) ,RR( F = 57. 312,P = 0. 000) ,Cydn( F = 87. 190,P = 0. 000) ,and VT ( F =52. 987,P = 0. 000) in the four groups were significant,HR,RR,VT in the four groups pairwise comparisons were significant differences( P = 0. 000) . But the difference was no statistically significant while the Cydn( P = 0. 138) was compared between 25mg/mL concentration group and 45mg/mL concentration group; The Cydn( P = 0. 303) was compared between 45mg/mL concentration group and 65mg/mL concentration group was no statistically significant; but the value of control group was maximum,the value of 65mg/mL concentration group was minimum. Conclusion Meconium aspiration can decrease Cydn and VT,and increase RR and HR.
