Study on All Staff Participate in the risk Identification and Control Method of Production System

全员参与事故风险管理,是矿山企业进行风险管理的基础和重要环节。本文对某露天矿山开展全员参与生产系统风险管理中遇到的问题及解决方法进行了讨论和探索。同时,提出了基层员工参与生产系统风险辨识与控制的方法和技术路线,并且提出分阶段实施以逐步强化和提升员工参与水平的思路,可供其他企业参考。

All staff involved in risk management,which is the basis and import part of Mining enterprises to carry out risk management.The problems and solutions on carrying out risk management of production systems in open pit mine are discussed and explored in this paper.At the same time,the writer raised methods and technical route on participating in risk identification and risk control of production systems about level employees,proposing the idea of which was phased in implementing to strengthen and upgrade the level of staff involvement gradually.The ideas and methods can be referenced by others.
