企业安全风险评价方法探讨

Discussion on Risk Evaluation Method in Enterprises

企业安全风险评价的建立能为企业的安全管理和考核提供依据,是企业提高安全素养和制定事故预防措施的基础。本文对照职业健康安全体系中的风险评价,分析了两种风险评价的区别,指出在风险评价时,必须考虑企业已采取的安全控制措施及其有效性,而且最终必须确定风险是否在企业可容许的范围内。

Risk evaluation in the occupational health system supplies basis for enterprise security management and decision,and is the foundation for enterprise to improve management and accident prevention techniques,and is gradually standardized institutionalized.This paper analyses the differences between two kinds of risk evaluations,indicates that safety measures that have taken and its effectiveness must be considered during risk evaluation,and must make sure whether the risk is within the scope of permissible in the end.
