中西医结合治疗急性支气管炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Therapy of Integrated Chinese and Wsetren Medicine on Acute Bronchitis

目的:观察三拗汤合止嗽散配合西药治疗风塞束肺型急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例该病患者随机分为两组各60例,治疗组采用三拗汤合止嗽散加减配合西药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,进行对照观察。结果:治疗组痊愈37例,显效12例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组痊愈30例,显效11例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率81.7%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三拗汤合止嗽散配谷西药治疗急性风塞束肺型支气管炎临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of San-ao and Antitussive Powder on acute bronchitis.Method：120 cases with acute bronchitis were divided into two groups randomly.60 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction of San-ao and Antitussive Powder and western medicine,and the other 60 ones were done with western medicine.Then the two groups were contrasted with each other.Result：In treatment group 37 cases were recovered,12 ones excellent,8 ones effective and 3 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.00%.In control group 30 cases were recovered,11 ones excellent,8 ones effective and 11 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 81.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion：Decoction of San-ao and Antitussive Powder and western medicine have good and reliable effect on acute bronchitis.It can shorten the course of disease and be benefit to patients’ full recovery from the illness.
