中西结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:观察中西结合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对108例的腰椎间盘突出症患者,予骶管封闭、七叶皂苷钠静滴,中药水煎内服中西结合疗法。结果:优87例,良15例,一般9例,无效2例,总有效率为98.1%,优良率94.4%;住院时间最短7天,最长35天,平均21天。结论:中西结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Method：108 cases with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were treated with blockading sacral canal,intravenous dripping of aescin and taking Chinese decoction orally.Result：The total effective rate was 98.1%.And the excellent rate was 94.4%.The shortest length of stay in hospital was 7 days,and the longest 35 days.The average length of stay was 21 days.Conclusion：Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good and reliable effect on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.
