A Tentative Study about the Misuse of Concepts of Regions Inhabited by Ethnic group in the Laws and Regulations

目前,在国家的一些立法机关和相关行政部门以及地方政府出台的法规或政策文件中对民族地区相关概念的使用非常不规范,例如"少数民族省"、"民族县"、"民族区"等不符合国家宪法规定的行政区划建制。本文对民族地区相关概论进行了分析和研究,提出规范使用民族地区相关概念的有关建议。

There are many misuses about concepts of regions inhabited by ethnic group in the laws and regulations,which made by some local government.The using concepts of regions inhabited by ethnic group are very non-standard,such as minority province/ minority county/minority district.In this paper,the Author analyzed and researched the misuse of concepts of regions inhabited by ethnic group,and put forward the standard use of concepts of regions inhabited by ethnic group.
