摘要
绩效管理是现代人力资源管理的核心过程,对于高校的健康发展具有举足轻重的影响。中国高校虽然在加强绩效管理方面已经取得了显著成就,但高校绩效管理仍存有诸多问题,这些问题正成为制约中国高校健康发展的桎梏。因此,必须全方位探讨加强中国高校绩效管理的有效路径。
Performance management is the core process of modern human resources management,which plays an important role in the development of China's higher education.Some achievements have been made in performance management,but there still exist some problems that are obstructing the sound development of China's higher education.We must explore better approaches to strengthening the performance management in China's higher education in an all-round way.
