摘要
介绍了智能型塑料外壳式断路器(HSM1z-160)脱扣器的内部结构、工作原理、零件设计与制造时应注意的问题及不同结构零件中技术参数的分析比较。通过技术改进,使该结构装置具有加工方便、成本低,性能准确、可靠等优点。
The internal structure,operating principle of the intelligent moulded case circuit breaker（HSM1z-160） were introduced.The problems that should be noticed when designing and manufacturing parts,and the tech-nical parameters of the parts of different structures were analysed.Through technological improvement,the structure device had the advantages of easy manufacturing,low cost,high accuracy and reliability.
