Research on Distribution Model of Chain Retailing Enterprise in China

连锁零售业的发展与物流配送紧密相连,配送水平成为衡量一个连锁企业管理现代化水平的关键标准。配送模式的选择直接关系到连锁零售企业的配送水平,选用何种配送模式对连锁零售企业来说是一个重要的问题,也是一个战略上的问题。文章总结并分析了我国连锁零售企业配送现状,指出了不足之处,最后详细介绍了可供我国连锁零售企业选择的5种配送模式。

Chain retail development and distribution are closely linked. The level of distribution of one chain enterprise is a key standard measuring the level of modernization in the management. The distribution pattern directly affects the quality of the retail chain enterprises distribution level. The choice of what kind of distribution model for the retail chain enterprises is an important issue, also a strategic issue. This paper summarizes the status of Chinese chain of enterprise distribution patterns, and analyses the status of the distribution of the chain retail enterprises. At last it details five models available for chain retail enterprises.
