散结镇痛胶囊治疗原发性痛经83例临床观察

Clinical Observing of 83 Cases Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated by Sanjie Zhentong Capsule

目的:观察散结镇痛胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将167例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组(予散结镇痛胶囊口服)及对照组(予消炎痛口服),比较两组治疗效果及药物不良反应。结果:两组治愈率及总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组治愈率及总有效率高于对照组;治疗组不良反应发生率为7.2%,对照组不良反应发生率为21.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:散结镇痛胶囊治疗原发性痛经,具有治愈率及总有效率高、不良反应发生率低等优点。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Sanjie Zhentong capsule in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Method： 167 patients were divided into treatment group（given sanjie analgesia capsule） and control group（given indomethacin） randomly.Then compared therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reactions between two groups.Result： There were differences between two groups in cure rate and total effective rate;The incidence of adverse drug reactions of treatment group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion： There are higher cure rate and total effective rate but lower incidence of adverse drug reactions of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
