高压氧治疗围绝经期失眠症的疗效观察

Clinical Effect on Treating Perimenopause Insomnia by Hyperbaric Oxygen

目的:观察高压氧治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床疗效。方法:71例围绝经期失眠症患者随机分为对照组(35例)和治疗组(36例),在认知行为治疗基础上,对照组采用药物治疗;治疗组采用高压氧治疗。在治疗结束时及治疗结束4周后,通过睡眠改善情况及匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PittsburghSleep Quality Index,PSQI)对两组患者进行疗效评定。结果:治疗结束时,对照组有效率54.3%,治疗组有效率86.1%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗结束4周后,对照组有效率34.3%,治疗组有效率80.6%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时,治疗结束时及治疗结束4周后PSQI比较两组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:高压氧能有效治疗围绝经期失眠症。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treatment of perimenopause insomnia by hyperbaric oxygen.Method： 71 patients were divided into control group（35 cases） and treatment group（36 cases） randomly.On the basic of cognitive behavior therapy,the control group were treated by drug therapy;the treatment group were treated by hyperbaric oxygen.Improvement of sleep and PSQI were evaluated at the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Result： At the end of treatment,the rates of efficacy in the control group was 54.3%,and that in the treatment group was 86.1%,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）;4 weeks after treatment,the rates of efficacy in the control group was 34.3%,and that in the treatment group was 80.6%,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.There were significant difference on PSQI between two groups at the end of treatment（P〈0.01） and 4 weeks after treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an effective therapy for perimenopause insomnia.
