保乳手术治疗乳腺癌68例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 68 Cases with Conserving Surgery for Breast Cancer

目的:保乳手术治疗乳腺癌已经成为乳腺癌早期手术治疗的重要方法之一,本文欲探讨乳腺癌保乳综合治疗的方法与疗效。方法:68例Ⅰ-Ⅱ期乳腺癌,施行局部保乳切除+腋窝淋巴结清扫,术后患侧实行放疗、内分泌调理等综合疗法。结果:手术后随访24-54个月,3年以上者66例,4年以上者60例;4年局部复发率5.40%,3年生存率98.5%,4年生存率95.5%。结论:只要掌握乳腺癌保乳手术的指征,并实行术后综合治疗,乳腺癌保乳术可作为早期乳腺癌手术治疗首选方式。

Objective： Conserving surgery for breast cancer has become the surgical treatment of early breast cancer,this article is to investigate the breast conserving therapy methods and efficacy.Method： 68 patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ breast cancer,underwent partial excision and axillary lymph node dissection,radiotherapy after mastectomy practice,conditioning and other endocrine combination therapy.Result： Followed up for 24 to 54 months,66 patients were more than 3 years,60 patients were more 4 years;local recurrence rate was 5.40% in 4 years,3 years survival rate was 98.5%,4-year survival rate was 95.5%.Conclusion： Once you master the indications in breast conservation,and implement comprehensive treatment after surgery,breast surgery can be used as first choice for surgical treatment of early breast cancer.
