摘要
碳/碳化硅(C/SiC)陶瓷基复合材料是重要的热结构材料体系之一。综述了近年来发展的有关制备C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的各种技术及其在航空航天、光学系统、空间技术、交通工具(刹车片、阀)、能源技术等领域的应用,展望了可应用于玻璃工业中的纳米碳颗粒与亚微米碳化硅复合的陶瓷基复合材料制备工艺,可拓宽该陶瓷基复合材料的应用领域。
Carbon/silicon carbide(C/SiC) ceramic matrix composite is one of the important thermo-structure materials. The existing techniques are reviewed for the preparation of the C/SiC ceramic matrix composite as well as recent applications on aerospace, optical system, space technique, vehicle (brake sheet, valve), and energy technique. In addition, some technologies to prepare a ceramic matrix composite with nano-particles of carbon (Cp) and submicron-sized particles of silicon carbide for the use in glass industry are proposed, extending the applications of Cp/SiC composite.
