摘要
以废弃的鸡蛋壳为原料,采用超声波法制备醋酸钙,通过单因素和L27(39)正交试验设计优化制备工艺.结果表明:最佳的制备工艺为投料量10.051g、反应时间1.5h、反应温度30℃、超声波功率100W、超声处理时间2min、氢氧化钙加入量3.5g、除镁温度80℃、除镁时间10min、固液比1:14时,醋酸钙的得率可达97.93%,纯度为98.7%.
Abandoned egg shell was used as raw material to made calcium acetate by ultrasonic method.The processing technology was optimized through signal factor test and L27(39) orthogonal test.The results showed that the yield and purity of calcium acetate could reach 97.93% and 98.7% under the condition as feed capacity 10.051g,reaction time 1.5h,reaction temperature 30℃,power and time treated by ultrasonic 100W and 2min respectively,calcium hydroxide content 3.5g,with 80℃ and 10min as temperature and time of removing magnesium,solid-liquid ratio 1:14.
