摘要 系统介绍了自组装法制备聚苯乙烯光子晶体的研究进展,综述了重力沉降、垂直沉降、电泳沉积、离心沉积、涂覆沉积和界面沉积等自组装方法的优缺点以及国内外研究的新进展;分析了微球粒径、悬浮液浓度、温度、湿度和压强等因素对组装效果的影响;阐述了自组装法制备聚苯乙烯光子晶体的发展趋势。 The progress of preparation for polystyrene photonic crystals with the method of self-assembly is summarized systemically. Several prevalent methods used for production of polystyrene photonic crystals, such as gravity deposition, vertical deposition, electric field deposition, centrifugal deposition, coating technology deposition, interface deposition are introduced in detail and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. The factors such as microsphere size, the concentration of the suspension, temperature, hunlidity, and air pressure affecting assembly efficiency are analyzed. The development tendencies of the self-assembly method fabricate polystyrene photonic crystals are discussed.
