往复压缩机以可靠性为中心的维修研究与应用 被引量:16

摘要 往复压缩机是炼油、化工、氮肥等过程工业生产的关键设备,传统的消防式维修管理模式造成设备可靠性、可用性和安全性较低。为了减少维修的不确定性、减少系统故障次数及故障影响并提高运行的安全性,按照以最少的资源消耗保持装备固有可靠性和安全性的原则,应用逻辑决断的方法研究确定了往复压缩机运行环境下预防性维修需求内容并应用于指导设备维修决策。实践结果表明:以可靠性为中心的维修管理模式有助于提高往复压缩机的运行可靠性和安全性。 Reciprocating compressor is the key equipment in the process of industry production such as oil refinery,chemical,fertilizer and so on.The traditional maintenance management model is the fire type which results the lower reliability,lower availability and lower safety.In order to reduce the uncertainty of maintenance,the number of system failures,failure effects and to promote operational safety,the preventive maintenance methods under the operating environment of reciprocating compressor have been determined by applying the method research of logic decision and applied in guiding equipment maintenance decision-making based on the principles of maintaining the inherent reliability and safety with the minimum resource consumption.The result shows that the maintenance management model centered on reliability can help to promote the operating reliability and safety of reciprocating compressor.
