摩托车铝合金车轮材料硬度和仲长率对轮辋静负荷性能影响很大,试验表明,当铝合金车轮材料硬度超过90HB时,随着硬度的提高,轮辋承受的最大变形量逐渐下降,即轮辋抗静负荷性能下降;随着铝合金车轮材料伸长率的提高,轮辋承受的最大变形量上升,即轮辋抗静负荷性能上升。材料硬度对轮辋变形能量的影响比材料伸长率对轮辋变形能量的影响要大。
The hardness and elongation coefficient of motorcycle aluminum alloy wheel materials greatly influence, the static load performance of the wheel hub. The influence of the deformation energy of the material hardness is bigger than the deformation of the material elongation coefficient.
