Business Technology Development Planning Based on Technology Roadmapping and AHP

利用技术路线图的研制思路和表示方法,定性地分析出对企业战略发展有重要影响的若干备选技术,并在此基础上采用层次分析法对难以量化的技术评价准则系统进行科学合理的量化分析,从理论上建立企业绘制技术发展路径的规划模型,以发现与企业战略目标相一致的技术发展路径,实现企业战略和技术预见的融合。并以微电子冷却技术领域为研究对象进行了深入的综合算例分析,最后指出该模型的适用范围及对我国企业技术管理的启示。

This paper uses the research ideas and representation of the technology roadmaping to qualitatively analysis several alternative technologies which have a major impact on the business strategic development.On this basis,it adopts AHP to quantitatively evaluate the technical evaluation criteria system which is difficult to quantify.The result is to theoretically achieve the technology development-planning model which can consistent with the corporate＇s strategic objectives,and to achieve the merger of business strategy and technology foresight.In addition,using the microelectronic cooling technology as the object,it makes an in-depth Numerical example analysis.Finally,the paper points out the scope of the model and the inspiration of enterprise technology management in China.
