摘要
基于国内对各类专业技术人员和管理人员胜任特征模型的既有研究,通过频次统计法提炼出我国专业技术人员和管理人员胜任特征要素,并据此编制问卷,调查了252名专业技术人员和218名管理人员;采用因素分析和结构方程模型,提出并验证了我国专业技术人员与管理人员的胜任特征模型;对两类人员胜任特征模型进行了对比,得出相关结论并给出管理启示。
Through a frequency-analysis based on the past research about different kinds of professional technicians and managers in China,we abstracted the competencies of professional technicians and managers.According to the survey data collected from 251 professional technicians and 218 managers,factor analysis and the structural equation method was used to advance and examine the construct of the model.At last,we did a comparison between these two models,gave the conclusions and references to management practice.
