Design-ethnics Contemplation on Modern Office Form

针对办公人员职业健康问题日益严重的现状,对现代办公形态中的人际关系、人机关系和人与环境关系中的伦理学问题进行了深入剖析,并从设计伦理学的角度,把办公系统中的三大关系作为观照的对象,提出从宏观和微观层面使办公装置、办公环境、办公形态的设计真正回归到人性化,以实现办公系统中"人—机(物)—环境"的和谐。

In the face of the more and more serious occupational health problem of office staffs,it deeply analyzed the ethnics relationships on modern office forms between man and man,man and machine,man and environment.At the view of design-ethnics,it took the three relationships of office system as a contemplated object,and submitted that the design of office devices,office environment and office form should be lead to humanization in both macro and micro dimension for the harmony of the ＂man-product-environment＂ in working system.
