摘要 针对矿井掘进工作面双风机自动切换要求,现使用的双风机控制开关需要改进和完善。改进后,风机开关不仅可以满足AQ6201—2006之规定,当局部通风机停止运转,掘进工作面或回风流中甲烷浓度大于3.0%,必须对局部通风机进行闭锁使之不能启动,只有通过密码操作软件或使用专用工具方可人工解锁;当掘进工作面或回风流中甲烷浓度低于1.5%时自动解锁,并可实现自动切换,而且在KJ90瓦斯监测控制下实现风电闭锁,可有效地满足双风机安全运行。 Upon the requirements of automatic switching of dual-fans, the controlling switch of the present dual-fan needs to be improved and perfected. After being improved, the switch of fan can not only meets the requirements of AQ6201-2006. When some part of the fan stops running, and the mining face or the airflow with methane density over 3.0%, part of the ventilator must be closed, which can only be deblocking by password operating software or the professional manual to unlock it. When the mining face or back airflow with methane density less than 1.5%, it can be automatically unlocked, and can be automatically switched. What's more, it can effectively meet the requirements of safe operation of dual-fan to achieve closure of wind power in the K J90 gas monitoring.
