摘要
牵引电动机是机车上的最重要的设备之一,其工作可靠性对整个机车的正常运行有决定性的影响。SS4B型电力机车采用ZD114-A型牵引电动机,由于设计理念原因,该型电机质量一直不是很稳定,虽然经过整改已经基本解决问题,但是如果维修、保养不能及时跟上,问题还是可能出现。尤其随着运输任务的增加及万吨列车的开行,对机车质量提出更高的要求,因此必须采用合理的维修和保养,以保证其运行稳定性。
The traction motor is one of the most important equipment. The reliability of its work has a decisive impact on the normal operation of the locomotive. SSB electric locomotive with ZD114-A traction motor, due to design reasons, is lacking of a stable quality. Despite the rectification has been basically solved the problem, however, the maintenance and repair can not keep up, the problem still exists. With the increase of the transport task in particular, the requirement of a high quality traction motor is still high. Therefore, there must be a reasonable repair and maintenance scheme to ensure the stability of its operation.
