摘要
在分析Shell煤气化反应机理的基础上,建立数学模型,采用PROII软件对神华典型煤种进行气化过程模拟,模拟结果和实际操作结果吻合较好。同时本文考察了操作压力、气化温度、氧煤比、蒸汽煤比、碳转化率、煤粉输送载气对粉煤气化性能的影响。结果表明:操作压力对气化反应影响较小,而调节气化温度、氧煤比、蒸汽煤比以及输送载气成分可以调整出口合成体产品组成。
Based on the analysis of the process of Shell coal gasification, the process simulation model was build, and PRO II was adopted to simulate the gasification process using typical Shenhua coal. Good agreement between the operations and simulations was observed. In addition, operating conditions like pressure, temperature, coal-oxygen ratio, steam-coal ration, coal convert rate, and transform gas were simulated. From the simulation, the pressure has little influence on the coal gasification, but the composition of syngas can be manipulated by changing temperature, coal-oxygen ratio, steam-coal ration, and transform gas.
