摘要
研究了基于实时成本计算的精确库存成本建模方法的框架。首先分析了传统成本建模方法存在的问题,基于求取库存管理过程每个微元时间片的库存成本,提出基于实时成本计算的库存模型建模方法。分别考虑了库存量离散分布和连续分布的情况下,给出通用的计算库存总成本的方法。随后详细阐述了主要的库存外部因素作用下的库存成本模型的建模思路,包括离散变化的需求、连续变化的需求、随机的提前期和多供应商等。最后介绍了本框架在宝钢原材料采购过程中的应用。
The inventory management model framework based on real-time costing is investigated. The shortages of the traditional modeling methods are analyzed firstly,by computing the exact cost of every infinitesimal time unit, the modeling method based on real-time costing is proposed. Considering both the discrete distribution and the continuous distribution of inventory quantity, respectively, the general method to get the total inventory cost is obtained. Consequently, taking main external factors of inventory environment into consideration, the inventory cost modeling idea is presented. The factors like discrete demands, continuous demands, random lead time, and multi-suppliers, are included. At last, the application of the framework on raw materials procurement of baosteel is introduced.
