摘要
蔡元培的教育思想是人类宝贵的遗产，其在北大实施的改革更是令人瞩目。本文从“学术至上”、“民主办校”、“兼容并包”、“教育开放”四方面论述其在北大推行的教育改革及其对现代高教改革的现实意义。
